Shipping & Returns

After your order has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Please be aware that once an order is placed, we cannot modify the order details or delivery address. It's important to ensure that all information is accurate before completing your purchase.

1. Delivery and Shipping Times:
  • We proudly offer international shipping to customers all around the world from our showroom in Marrakesh, Morocco.
  • The estimated shipping time may vary depending on the destination. We usually work with DHL or Aramex (depending on the shipping destination) who aim to process and ship orders within 1-4 business days. We are not responsible of any delay by the shipping company.
  • Please, also note that international shipping times may be affected by customs clearance and local postal services.
2. Shipping Rates:
  • We take in charge a part of the Shipping fees to our valued customers. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the items in your order. Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping, Import Taxes, and Duty Fees
Shipments going to countries outside Morocco might have extra charges like import taxes and duty fees. These additional expenses for international delivery do not include any taxes or duties that might be imposed by customs in the country where the package is being sent. The person receiving the package is responsible for paying these duties and taxes. Hanout Boutique is not responsible for these charges or for any actions taken by customs during the delivery process. According to Moroccan export rules, we have to tell customs the exact value of all the items in the package. If you want more information about taxes, duties, and customs rules, please get in touch with your local customs office.
Return Policy:
1. Returns within 14 Days:
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and any accompanying materials.
  • If the product is found to be used or damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Providing Contact Information:
  • When returning a product, please ensure that you include your contact information with the return. If possible, kindly provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
  • We recommend obtaining a receipt and a package ID from the delivery service, as it facilitates tracking the return if needed.
3. Refund Process:
  • Eligible returns will be refunded, excluding the FULL shipping fees of your initial order shipped from Morocco.
  • Items bought from Sample sales or Made-to measure order are not refundable.
Returning a Package:
1. International Returns:
  • If you are returning an item internationally, please clearly mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any potential Customs charges.
  • We are not responsible for any Customs charges incurred during the return process. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
